makeindex
---------

If a file name `makeindex.sty` is created in the `blobs`
directory, then it will be used when invoking the command `makeindex`
(as  `makeindex -s makeindex.sty file`).
See an example in `test/paper/makeindex.sty`
(that has larger interline space in the first
part of the index, where symbols are listed).
